My Story
Multiple Sclerosis is a chronic autoimmune condition affecting the brain and spinal cord. Although the condition cannot be cured, it can be treated and Sussex MS Centre works hard to support those who suffer from the condition, improving their mental and physical health and empowering them to live fuller and healthier lives.
I am proud to be supporting this vital Sussex charity, plus the fact that Oct 5th (the day I abseil down the Spinnaker) is my birthday. What better way to celebrate another year than dangling upside down for a good cause?!
