My Story

The Sussex MS Centre is a lifeline for people living with Multiple Sclerosis. They provide essential therapies, emotional support, expert advice, and a warm, welcoming community for those navigating the challenges of MS every single day.

This charity doesn’t just help people cope – it helps them live. Whether it’s physiotherapy to improve mobility, oxygen therapy to reduce fatigue, or simply having a safe space to connect with others who truly understand – the Centre is there in ways the healthcare system often can’t be.

I’ve seen the impact this support can make, and I’m committed to helping the Centre continue their incredible work. But they rely on donations to keep their doors open.
