My Story

I'm taking on the Spinnaker Tower abseil on 5th October to raise money for the Sussex MS Centre.

A local charity I regularly volunteer for who provide a fantastic suite of therapies and support to people living with MS such as physiotherapy, mental health support, fitness classes and oxygen therapy.

It is also a welcoming and friendly community space for members to socialise and join in any activities.

The centre is privately funded and requires much needed donations to keep services running.
