My Story

MS is a disease close to my heart, I've seen the impact it can have on living a normal life firsthand, so I am well overdue a running challenge with some fundraising. This year I am aiming to do the Brighton half marathon with my brother, and it is a particular challenge as I will be 5 months pregnant on the day! Having this on the horizon has helped motivate me to get out for a run when I could very easily curl up in bed. 

The Sussex MS centre provides fitness classes, advice, and community for MS patients and their carers in Brighton, which is so important as this disease can take away your independence. It's a small local charity, so I'm sure they will be really grateful for any donations. 

It's going to be slow, with many toilet stops required, but I would love to finish this and hit my fundraising target 😊
