My Story

Help People Not Just Cope – But Truly Live

Sussex MS Centre is all about empowering people to live life to the fullest. Whether it’s physiotherapy that helps someone move more freely, oxygen therapy that eases fatigue, or simply offering a safe, welcoming space to connect with others who truly understand.

I’ve seen the difference this kind of care makes. That’s why I’m passionate about helping the Centre continue its incredible work.

But they can’t do it alone. They rely on donations to keep their doors open and their services running. Every contribution – big or small – helps someone take a step toward a better, brighter life!

Ill admit i am a tad bit of an adrenaline junkie but i have not gone for anything like this! I’m stepping out of my comfort zone – not just for the thrill (okay, maybe a little for the thrill), but because I believe in the cause. The charity I’m supporting does incredible, life-changing work, and if it takes me doing something mildly terrifying to raise awareness and funds, then so be it!

So please, if you’d like to support both a great cause and my questionable life choices, consider donating. Your support means the world – and might just help calm my nerves a bit too!
