My Story

On 01 March 2026, I will be running the Brighton Half Marathon to raise money for Sussex MS Centre.

This charity is incredibly close to my heart, MS has been a big part of my life with my dad living with Multiple Sclerosis.

Growing up and seeing the affects of MS on not only my dad but my mum (who is his registered carer) and the rest of my family, I always had the aim to raise money to support MS research and treatment in hopes to help many people, like my dad, to live a better quality life, free from their daily struggles.

Seeing the challenges my dad has and continues to overcome daily is a massive inspiration for me and I am taking on this challenge to do something positive and support the incredible work that helps people like him.

So with my new love (sometimes hate) for running, I thought it was about time I come true on my goal (with a bit of persuasion from friends and Theo who will also be running but for another charity)!

MS still does not have a cure but any money you can donate big or small can help support this local charity that helps people living with MS.

Thank you!!

Beccy
